Condominium Unit-Owner’s Insurance
The purchase of a Condominium Unit requires extra attention in arranging for proper insurance coverage.
Generally the Master Policy should cover what would be considered building items and the Unit-Owner's Policy would cover your personal property such as furniture and clothing.
When we insure a Unit-Owner we review the insurance provisions of the Trust Agreement to confirm that the Agreement contains this provision. We also look for other provisions which might indicate the need for additional coverage.
